I enjoyed a yummy plate of food yesterday and continuous dessert tasting, but overall no extreme stuffage and boy am I glad! So of course that means today is all about leftovers!! Breakfast was stuffing and mashed potatoes...lunch was turkey and my salad!
For some reason my Aunt requested that I make a salad..I think she wanted to pretend she was eating healthy and if Amanda brings a salad well then...so here I am with the assistance of Frisco putting together my Spinach, Cranberries, pine nuts and feta cheese salad. Here's how it looked today with some turkey for lunch..this was perfect after my six miler as it wasn't too heavy but had all the ingredients to replenish me.
Here is mom in the kitchen yesterday whipping up the potatoes while my Aunt ducks in and out pretending to also be helping.
Here's a motley crew of family and neighbors out front of my parents house enjoying the 56 degree weather!!
And finally here's a close up of the new seriously brunette hair..it's not bad, but I rather enjoy being a blonde..so we'll see how long this lasts.

3 Bloggie Friend Thoughts:
love the fam, love the hair, love the salad!!! Wish we would have had some type of salad at our house!!! I love good books to right now I am reading Sparks' At First Sight, its getting good!
You would not believe I made a very similar but with gargonzola.
It doesn't get much better than stuffing and mashed potatoes for breakfast!
